Jharck appears as a mere Outislander ship mate in the chaos of raids, a faceless brute in the raiding fleets under leaders like Kebal Rawbread. His brief presence underscores the relentless threat of the Outislanders, vanishing into the background of the larger war. He embodies the anonymous muscle driving the invasions against the Six Duchies.
