Zhang's Cape of Odds is a distinctive dungeon garment first appearing in This Inevitable Ruin, instantly recognizable by its white field emblazoned with an archery target of black, blue, red, and yellow concentric circles. Its bullseye design is a darkly comic nod to the risks of wearing it, marking its bearer as a conspicuous target. By A Parade of Horribles, the cape carries greater weight: it is understood as a reward earned for surviving a brutal battle, worn over the shoulders as a badge of endurance whose story significance outweighs its garish look.
