Blood and Ink Elementals are eerie summoned creatures born from the fusion of blood magic and living tattoo ink. First encountered in Carl's Doomsday Scenario as flat, paper-cutout monstrosities with crimson outlines and pale translucent bodies, they appear as a strange and unsettling form of tattoo-based summoning. By The Butcher's Masquerade the concept takes on a far more personal and poignant dimension: an animated memorial tattoo can give rise to a living elemental shaped from a fallen companion's remains and memories, turning a weapon of blood magic into a vessel of grief and remembrance.
