The Desperado Club Casino is the gambling floor of the Desperado Club, the exclusive crawler-only establishment that Carl and Princess Donut gain access to in the dungeon. First glimpsed as a closed-off section of the club during the third floor, it opens up by the fourth floor as a lavish hall of card tables, roulette, craps, a wheel of fortune, and spiral staircases, offering crawlers a dangerous diversion between fights. The casino persists as part of the club's backdrop deep into the series, still referenced as late as the eighth floor.
