Sharp-Elbows enters the story as a seven-foot ogre woman, a spiked, venomous menace wrapped in rags and carrying a heavy staff. Her assault on Carl is brutally direct, leaving him with the terrifying experience of having both eyes pierced. At the end of the fight, she gives him a final look as the encounter reaches its close. Her staff transforms into Worm Fulcrum, a sentient necro staff crowned by a golden lizard skull and a beating heart.
Description
Sharp-Elbows is a hulking ogre woman, about seven feet tall and permanently hunched beneath a covering of rags. Her green-hued skin frames an angry, half-melted face, while stringy black hair hangs in untidy strands around her head. Two-foot black spikes bristle across her body, their tips slick with green-tinged venom. She carries a thick walking staff, and her whole presence is hostile and forbidding.
