Orthrus appears as a massive two-headed puppy in the background, his fuzzy form and playful antics providing light relief amid the dungeon grind. Restored by Heal Critter and growing taller after exiting a bubble, he remains a beloved 'good boy' in Carl's orbit. Though minor, his juvenile energy and aliases like 'lil pup' endear him through background moments.
