Niels is an older human man encountered wearing a kangaroo joey-skin costume like a Halloween outfit. Caustic oil from the costume leaves his face red and burned, a painful detail that makes his appearance hard to forget. His brief presence ends violently when a grappling hook strikes him in the face.

Description

Niels is an older human man whose face is red and burned from contact with caustic oil. He wears a kangaroo joey-skin costume with the awkward, homemade look of a Halloween outfit. His height, build, hair, eyes, and other facial features are not described. The raw redness of his face and the incongruous costume are his defining visual details.
