Nami is a model and influencer who sponsors Eris, and she has surgery to make herself look and sound like Hekla. Later, she appears in oddly familiar armor, a slender figure caught amid the chaos before fleshers wrap her in dromedarian skin like a ghost’s shroud. A bomb kills her, and the shameful event associated with her becomes part of the public story, even as fans adopt costumes in her image.
Description
Nami is a slender human woman whose appearance has been surgically altered to resemble Hekla, including her voice. She wears oddly familiar armor, her presentation carrying the composed, polished quality of a model and influencer. In a later, more grotesque appearance, dromedarian skin hangs over her like a ghost costume, obscuring her form.
