Lika is a mysterious figure tied to the tragic history of Ghazi, who calls her his beloved and laments that she remains banished in her own version of hell. In Book 4, her presence is evoked through an unsettling artifact: a latex sex doll head modeled as a half-naiad, with bone-white hair, heavy makeup, bright red lips, wide unblinking eyes, latex fangs, and a jagged neck cut bearing short gills. Ghazi's devotion to her drives his conflict with Psamathe, whose jealousy of Lika shapes the confrontation. She is named again in Book 6, but that book adds nothing further to her story.
Description
A glass statue depicting a robed, human-bodied half-naiad woman. She has large eyes, a small nose, full lips, sharp teeth, and gills on her neck; she has no horns. After the statue shatters, its mostly intact head has a chipped chin. No visual details are provided for Lika. Their build, complexion, hair, eyes, facial features, clothing, and presence are all unspecified.
