Cerberus is identified as Orthrus's three-headed brother and is mentioned as a guardian of one of the twelfth floor's stairwell exits. The book gives it no extended role or personal arc, but its grumpy nature and fearsome, three-headed form make it a memorable obstacle in passing.

Description

Cerberus is a three-headed monstrosity, described as grumpy and as Orthrus's brother. It protects one of the stairwell exits on the twelfth floor. No details are provided about its coloring, hide, eyes, limbs, or overall body shape, so its three heads and irritable presence are its only established visual traits.
