Fido serves as a security guard, standing between Harry and the property he protects. His imposing build and armed vigilance make him a blunt obstacle, more enforcer than conversationalist. The book offers no deeper history or transformation for him.
Description
Fido is blocky and heavily muscled, though not especially tall. His hard, attack-dog eyes give his face a guarded, threatening intensity, while his expensive suit sets him apart from an ordinary doorman. He carries himself like a man accustomed to controlling access and holding his ground.
