The Bouli crown prince appears as a gigantic, silver orca-like alien whose formidable teeth and hostile gaze make him difficult to mistake for a conventional diplomat. Despite his imposing size, he communicates in a surprisingly high-pitched whistle. He is encountered delivering diplomatic complaints, his odd contrast of menace and squeaky speech defining the impression he leaves.
Description
The heir to the Bouli is a gigantic aquatic creature with the sleek, powerful body of a killer whale and a silver hide. His enormous jaws are lined with dagger-sharp teeth, and his gaze is described as malevolent. He has no human features or attire; his unexpectedly high, thin whistling voice completes his strange and imposing presence.
