Igor appears twice in the narrative, maintaining his consistently unkempt appearance across both encounters. Whether hunched at an empty table or moving through social spaces, he embodies the struggling artist or intellectual fallen on hard times. His pleasant, intelligent voice contrasts sharply with his ragged clothing and poor hygiene, suggesting someone whose circumstances have deteriorated while his inner qualities remain intact.
Description
A young man whose stooped posture and unkempt appearance tell a story of neglect and hardship. His tousled, unwashed blond hair sticks out in all directions beneath a cap with a broken visor. Blue eyes peer from an unshaven face with a white, thin neck visible above his dirty shirt, which is missing several buttons. He wears a long shabby jacket over quilted pants that hang like sacks, and worn-out shoes complete his disheveled ensemble. Despite his ragged state, his rare visible teeth appear when he smiles, and his voice carries pleasant, intelligent tones.
