Robinson Duckworth is mentioned as the Reverend accompanying the boating trip recalled in the book’s closing poem. He remains a small, historical presence rather than a developed character, with no personal arc or further role in Alice’s looking-glass adventure. His name quietly anchors the book’s fanciful frame to an ordinary outing on the water.
Description
The text identifies Robinson Duckworth as a reverend but gives no concrete description of his face, coloring, age, or build. His clothing can only be suggested in broad Victorian terms: a clergyman’s neat, conventional attire, without specific details supplied by the book. He has no stated distinguishing features or mannerisms.
