Spring Court Manor, Tamlin's lavish estate in the Spring Court of Prythian, first appears as an enchanted refuge where Feyre Archeron is brought to live out the Treaty's debt, its eternal spring gardens and masked inhabitants hiding the creeping blight of Amarantha's curse. Over the course of the first book it becomes the backdrop for Feyre's growing love for Tamlin, until she is sent away and later drawn Under the Mountain to save him. After her return as High Fae in the second book, the once-beautiful manor curdles into a gilded prison: Tamlin's fear and controlling grief culminate in him locking her inside, and the house that once symbolized sanctuary becomes the place she must escape, rescued by Mor on Rhysand's behalf.
